PROCESSING TIMES

All our products are custom-made and printed on demand using Printify's services. This means that after you place your order, it takes time to create your product before it ships.

Production Time: Each item typically takes 2-7 business days to produce before shipping. During high-volume periods (holidays, special promotions), production may take longer.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped using one of our shipping partners. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

- Domestic Shipping (Australia): Typically 3-8 business days after production
- International Shipping: Typically 10-27 business days after production

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control such as customs processing, postal delays, or unforeseen carrier issues.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive this notification.
